We are usually able to undertake site visits to your location within 48 hours, keeping your project moving according to schedule. During this, we’ll assess the current situation and make full recommendations on the work needing to be done and the likely timescales in order to clear your site and prepare it for the building work to come.

The services we can offer include demolition, the safe dismantling of any unwanted structure that’s getting in the way of new building work. Once the structure has been safely demolished, we will sort the materials, ensuring that what’s recyclable, reusable or unwanted is all responsibly disposed of. We’re a licensed waste removal company so will ensure the relevant paperwork is received and given to you for future reference.

We also carry out site clearances independently of demolition, preparing the ground for new building work. And if you’re undertaking a refurbishment project, we can strip the interior of any building so that only the shell remains, removing everything from fixtures and fittings to flooring and staircases. You then have clear spaces to plan and begin work.
