Strip outs can be used in a number of different ways.  However you plan it, the aim of it is to remove some or all of the interior fixtures of a building while leaving it standing.  As strip outs contractors working across Sussex and the South East, M&L Stevens Ltd can come to your business premises to create a clean slate for renovation work to take place.

Strip out rather than demolish

There are times when a building is in a condition that demolition is the best option.  Or the needs of the new building are so different that the existing building cannot be converted and demolishing it is the wise choice.  However, if the building is strong and sound then it can be a good option to strip out all of the interior fixtures and start from scratch with just the exterior in place.

We offer a range of services in this department including removing floor coverings, suspended ceilings, partition walls, staircases and even shop fronts.  We can also assist with removing office equipment and other furniture.  This gets the building back to the back brick to start the next stage of the renovation project.

Waste recycling service

As well as site strip outs we also offer waste recycling services so that as much as possible that is removed from the building is recycled.  We are licensed in waste removal and disposal so anything that cannot be recycled is then disposed of correctly, with the best for the environment always in our minds.
