Site clearance

Our primary job is site clearance.  This can involve demolishing an existing building entirely where we bring our equipment to the site and use the best and quickest method to demolish or dismantle the building.  We also include low grade asbestos removal services if needed so if you think this dangerous mineral is present, you can let us handle it for you. For high grade asbestos removal services, we can arrange the job done for you by a licensed company as well.

As well as demolishing the building, we also offer strip outs.  This is where you want the internal contents of the building to remain but want to start again with the internal fixtures.  We can remove things such as flooring, ceilings, dividing panels and even staircases to give a blank canvas to work with.

Safe and environmentally friendly

Two things guide how we do things – the latest health and safety best practice and being as environmentally friendly as possible.  For example, with waste removal services we offer waste recycling and removal rather than simply taking waste to the landfill.  We recycle as much as possible and ensure that recycled items can be used in different areas – sometimes even back into your own project.

We also train all staff to the highest health and safety standards and can help you ensure your site meets the same standards.  All paperwork required by the local authority can also be provided.
