M&L Stevens Ltd was founded with the aim of offering a comprehensive range of services for customers around the Tunbridge Wells area.  We aim to help with all aspects of demolition projects including site clearance as well as waste recycling and removal.  We also offer free site visits and free quotations for all work.

What we do

When your project dictates that the building in place needs to go, we offer demolition services to remove the old building and site clearance to make sure the area is ready for the new one.  This is something that needs to be done carefully and with the right equipment, which we bring with us.  As part of the demolition, if you haven’t already had an asbestos survey carried out, we can do this for you.  And should there be any present, we can remove this safely before the demolition starts as we are licensed low grade asbestos removal experts. If you’re dealing with high grade asbestos, don’t worry – we can arrange this done for you by licensed company as well.

In addition to site clearance and demolition, we also offer strip outs.  This is where you want the shell of the building to remain but have the interior elements removed.  We can remove everything from flooring to staircases.

Waste removal

As a licensed waste removal company we aim to recycle as much of the waste we remove as possible. We remove all waste and provide the relevant paperwork for the local authorities to show what was disposed of and how so that you comply with the regulations governing this area.
